The course is dedicated to developing the professional competencies of a bartender and covers the theoretical foundations of bartending, beverage preparation techniques, bar operations management, and service culture. The training is conducted online using video lectures, demonstration materials, and practical video examples for each topic.
The course combines fundamental knowledge of mixology, classification of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation techniques, and the basics of bar management with practical implementation through step-by-step video lessons and independent practice by participants.

The aim of the course is to develop systematic knowledge in bartending; to train participants in the techniques of preparing classic and modern cocktails; to introduce them to bar operations management; to develop professional communication skills with guests; and to provide fundamental knowledge of bar economics and accounting.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
