The program is organized into three specialized modules:
  • Module I: Foundations of Coaching Mindset & Core Skills
    • Differentiating roles: Coach vs. Mentor vs. Manager.
    • The GROW/CLEAR models and contracting for results.
    • Active listening, presence, and powerful questioning.
  • Module II: Feedback that Develops Performance
    • Feedback fundamentals (SBI/BOOST principles).
    • Handling difficult conversations and emotional resistance.
    • Designing performance check-ins and team feedback routines.
  • Module III: Career Conversations & Mentoring
    • Mapping opportunities and future-oriented pathways.
    • Mentoring ethics: Boundaries, power dynamics, and confidentiality.
    • On-the-job learning logic (70-20-10 model).
