  • Module I: Individual Behavior in Organizations
    • Foundations of Organizational Behavior and effectiveness.
    • Personality, self-concept, and the MARS model of behavior.
    • Perception, attribution theory, and minimizing workplace misperceptions.
    • Managing workplace emotions, attitudes, and work-related stress.
    • Employee motivation theories and designing incentive systems.
  • Module II: Group and Organizational Processes
    • Managing groups and building high-performance team models.
    • Communication channels, barriers, and improving interpersonal behavior.
    • Conflict process models and interpersonal handling styles.
    • Power, influence tactics, and organizational politics.
    • Organizational culture: artifacts, symbols, and strategies for change.
    • Change management: Lewin’s model and overcoming resistance.
